What is Alpha?
Alpha is a worldwide, interdenominational faith course that brings people together to explore the basics of the Christian faith. Whether you have begun to seek God, have many unanswered questions or are simply curious - Alpha is for you! We create a space where you can share freely and learn more. It's about discovering, questioning and growing together.
That's what Alpha is all about.
At Alpha, we ask the questions that move us all together. There are no "stupid" questions here, just genuine curiosity and the desire to understand. We talk about topics such as:
Does God exist?
Who is Jesus?
Why am I here?
How credible is the Bible?
...and many more that are on your mind.
Alpha is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn more about the Christian faith and discuss it in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is how an Alpha evening works.
We start each meeting with dinner together - a great opportunity to arrive, socialize and get talking. Afterwards, we watch an inspiring movie that gives an exciting impulse on the topic of the evening.
We will then discuss the topic in a small group. Here you can share your thoughts, ask questions and listen - without any pressure and in a trusting environment. It's about learning together and enriching each other.
